Group One Holding AG (Group One) was founded by ADP Analyse Design Planung AG (ADP) with the intention of expanding its consulting services. ADP has since become a part of Group One. Later, One Management Consulting AG (One) was also integrated.

 

Today, the Group comprises several operating companies, each with its own distinct focus and dedicated team of experts.

    The management consultancy provides guidance in the design of strategies and in navigating organisational, procedural, and technological challenges.

  • ADP Analyse Design Planung AG (ADP)
    The project consultancy supports the delivery of these initiatives with project leaders who bring both strategic leadership and methodological rigour.

The Group plans to acquire further companies with a focus on transformation and project expertise.

 

Morals and a smidgen of history

For over 25 years, we have walked alongside renowned clients in Switzerland and beyond, helping turn their visions into reality. In that time, we have shaped more than 150 projects across 60 organisations – each a unique chapter in a shared journey of innovation and impact.

Leading projects and developing concepts are our passion. Most of the time, we take responsibility as project leads or sub-project leads, epic owners, or product managers. Often, we also contribute as analysts, in roles such as business analyst or requirements engineer.

We develop concepts either independently or in small, highly qualified teams, within the scope of the assignment, with or without consideration of existing situations, and involving additional employees or management where appropriate. While the design of a forthcoming reorganisation with potential redundancies takes place discreetly, the optimisation of core processes is always a collaborative effort. This ensures that the accompanying mental shift among employees and within the organisation can begin as early as possible.

Projects, on the other hand, become most exciting for us as their complexity grows,  whether because of the scale of the challenge, with its many ambiguities and working hypotheses, or because of a large, cross-border, and cross-cultural organisation. Ideally, we get both. In such cases, we typically work in larger teams.

From this, it follows that our projects often extend over several years, with most assignments lasting between one and two years.

We all pursue continuous professional development and remain up to date both methodologically and thematically. This allows us to apply new knowledge directly in our engagements. Over the years, we have not only witnessed countless transformations at our clients, but have actively helped to shape them… locally, nationally, and internationally.

Our world has always been hybrid: in the way we work … from home and on site … and in how we deliver innovation, combining classical project management with agile components. We have done this for so long that little can surprise us anymore.

Internally, we support one another through mutual coaching and sparring in exceptional situations and complex assignments. We help each other and learn from one another.
