Most of the time, we take responsibility as project leads or sub-project leads, epic owners, or product managers. Often, we also contribute as analysts, in roles such as business analyst or requirements engineer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"274\" data-end=\"806\">We develop concepts either independently or in small, highly qualified teams, within the scope of the assignment, with or without consideration of existing situations, and involving additional employees or management where appropriate. While the design of a forthcoming reorganisation with potential redundancies takes place discreetly, the optimisation of core processes is always a collaborative effort. This ensures that the accompanying mental shift among employees and within the organisation can begin as early as possible.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"1133\">Projects, on the other hand, become most exciting for us as their complexity grows,\u00a0 whether because of the scale of the challenge, with its many ambiguities and working hypotheses, or because of a large, cross-border, and cross-cultural organisation. Ideally, we get both. In such cases, we typically work in larger teams.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1266\">From this, it follows that our projects often extend over several years, with most assignments lasting between one and two years.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1268\" data-end=\"1616\">We all pursue continuous professional development and remain up to date both methodologically and thematically. This allows us to apply new knowledge directly in our engagements.
